Cancellation
Failure to cancel or reschedule an appointment within 48 hours will result in a 50% fee of the services reserved in order to continue services in our salon. The 50% fee will be collected when you make your next appointment, and that money will be applied to that appointment. The 50% fee will only be retained if you fail to give us 48 hours notice or no-show your second appointment, We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a $15 cancellation fee.
We understand life happens, and there are exceptions to the rules.
Refunds/fixes
We understand that things happen, we hope you understand that too. If you are ever unhappy with your service, please make us aware within 7 days of the service performed, and plans will be made to correct the issue.
We do NOT offer refunds on services. We will provide FREE fixes (when warranted). FREE fixes do not include changing your mind.
We always want to do our best, and have you leave feeling happy, so please do not hesitate to reach out with any issues you may have, as we value the opportunity to learn and grow and better our services in the future.
Responsibilities
To have the best experience possible we urge our clients to understand a few things.
Please let your stylist know of any allergies you may have. While it is rare to have a reaction to products used, it can happen.
Know that any personal belongings brought into the salon have the potential to be spotted with color or other products. While we are not messy and it is rare, working with chemicals can have mishaps
